Washington and Lee Law School Interview Questions

Law Application & Interview Preparation Specialists

Course Information

Washington and Lee is one of the smallest of the nation’s top-tier law schools. It seeks to cultivate a ‘broad-minded, highly skilled and honourable’ lawyer. In order to do this it fosters a ‘diverse and collaborative intellectual community’ with a focus on right, trust, and civility. The school is known for an innovative curriculum. It was one of the first to introduce legal writing classes, and one of the first to require both an administrative course and a transnational course in the first year. In second and third years, students will broaden their knowledge with a wide selection of choices possible. Additionally, students will be able to begin real-world practice experience as they begin to think like lawyers and combine actual practice with simulation and the accrual of knowledge. The goal is that students are well-prepared for the reality of practice upon graduating.
