Describe a situation where you had to manage a project with conflicting stakeholder interests. How did you navigate the challenges?

In a previous role as a project manager, I encountered a situation where stakeholders had divergent interests and priorities, leading to conflicts and delays in project execution. The project involved the implementation of a new customer relationship management (CRM) system, which impacted multiple departments across the organization, each with its own set of requirements and preferences.
