Pharmacy Application & Interview Preparation Specialists
At Thomas Jefferson University’s Jefferson College of Pharmacy, the PharmD programme is marked by its commitment to innovation, interdisciplinary learning, and a patient-centred approach. Its unique “Pharmacy in Modules” curriculum, one of few in the nation, allows students to focus on one major topic at a time, promoting deep learning and retention. The programme emphasises interprofessional education, exposing students to real-world healthcare scenarios alongside students from other health disciplines, fostering a collaborative environment. Students gain extensive experiential education, starting in their first year, which includes community, hospital, ambulatory care, and specialty rotations. Embracing a holistic approach, the programme nurtures not just technical skills, but also communication, leadership, and ethical decision-making abilities. The college’s urban setting in Philadelphia provides students with diverse patient populations and unique healthcare challenges to learn from. Additionally, students benefit from cutting-edge facilities, including state-of-the-art simulation labs, fostering a hands-on, immersive learning experience. The Jefferson College of Pharmacy prepares students to be future-ready pharmacists, equipped to adapt and thrive in a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.
Interviews take place at the school, and are individual, open file panel interviews with either one or two members of the faculty.
