Georgetown Law School Interview Questions

Law Application & Interview Preparation Specialists

Course Information

Georgetown is incredibly located – near the US Capitol and the Supreme Court, it boasts that students will ‘experience Law’ in a way that they simply could not elsewhere, with the chance to see it ‘inaction at the nation’s highest levels.’ The JD program prepares students to succeed in varied areas, from private to public and domestic or international. The campus is a ‘bustling hub’ with numerous talks and conferences from leading legal figures and even world leaders. You’ll be able to help draft legislation, perhaps even help professors prepare their arguments for the Supreme Court, or help clients with real-world challenges.

As an overview, the first year is made up of 30 credits of required coursework. There is also an optional simulation course during Week One in early January. Classroom learning is complemented by 1L 101, which is a series of presentations led by faculty on topics like briefing cases, synthesising material, and preparing for exams.
