Exchange Chambers conducts its own application process, distinct from the Pupillage Gateway. Applicants must use Chambers’ own application form for their submissions. Post-application, candidates might be invited to a first-round interview, and if successful, they will proceed to the second round shortly afterward. Offers of pupillage are made promptly following the decision-making process.
This two-round interview procedure reflects Exchange Chambers’ commitment to a rigorous yet swift selection process. Through the interviews, the Chambers seek to identify the candidates’ alignment with their core attributes such as intellect, expression, work ethic, and integrity. With a history of recruiting a record eight pupils in 2022, Exchange Chambers has demonstrated its dedication to fostering growth, offering exposure to a wide variety of work, and shaping the next generation of legal professionals.
